Maybe we are right...

Hi everyone just wondering if anyone has ever thought that maybe people do judge other people negatively and those of us with SA. My psychologist tells me that they don't but im not convinced. You can tell from a person's facial expressions and by what they say that they are making negative judgements. I know this isn't probably the best approach to be taking but what if we are right???

I doubt it. Since the only experience we have of viewing the world is our own its hard to see things from a different perspective. Now just because I say this doesn't mean I go by it. I'm always worried people are judging me but I try and tell myself they probably aren't. It's pretty hard to see things another way when your so used to seeing things your way.

Everyone makes negative judgements, they just do. Everyone makes judgements, of all kinds. We are just more paranoid about it. We care too much. We're not right, all those other people aren't right either. You can read a persons face and get an idea of how they feel, but never do you know what they are actually thinking. For sure though, we overanalyize it, and think about it too much.

Thanks for the comments. I find it hard to look beyond those negative judgment looks and think something positive.
