Luvox

I took it for quite a while about a year and a half ago. Sadly, I didn't feel anything. Negative or positive. It just wasn't helpful. However, that doesn't mean it will be the same for you. Everybody reacts differently to medications. What may not work for one person, could be a dream drug for another. Good luck if you plan on taking it. :)

Has any tried Luvox or Fluvoxamine for their SA?? if so, how did it go for you?

I was seeing my previous Psychiatrist from 1994-2008, then changed to a new Psychiatrist.

In 1998-2000 if I am not mistaken, his diagnose for me is initially Panic Disorder, later OCD and Scizzoaffective Disorder.

So He prescribed Luvox 100 and Zyprexa 5mg.

As far as I could remember, both meds only gave me side effects, but got no choice as everytime I went to the Psychiatrist room, my parents were there also, so my parent actually forced me to take the medication daily.

The meds were kept by my mum, and she wanted me to swallow those 2 tablets in front of her.

So I got to bear the side effect, like muscle spasm, eyes rolled upward.

Then he gave me Cogentin. But didn't seem to help. And I got Dry mouth, etc from it.

That's my experience.
Everyone reacts differently to same medication.
