Confidence is not rooted in looks. Don't worry about looks at all. Myself, I am obsessed with my looks. It's not nice. "Social Anxiety" is an excuse for us all to run away from our fears. At least for me it is.

You think I don't do that already, shame on you. :wink: I jump sofas at home, stairs can be fun (although I banged my head pretty bad on a door-frame whilst jumping, yeeouch!) ... also running full speed into an empty bed. Not quite free running but exhilirating all the same.

I need to learn how to climb difficult fences and walls soon, that'll come in handy. :D
