People move in and out of this block. Never here any longer than 3 months.
I've been here for 11 years.
Every apartment is under overhaul by builders, making banging, squeaking, scraping noises to make it look nice. While one is being done, another becomes empty, and someone works on that one.
Never a weekend goes by without a few occupiers moving in & out. Why am I still here? Is it a crime?
