Just a little tip. If you want people to help you you might want to make your threads a bit easier to understand and end it with a question or two.

because im going through times and want people's advice, but i feel hurt that you criticized me of how i post even though you were trying to help me

I was trying to help, i wasn't criticising. You just said you weren't asking for help. I think you should maybe think about what people are saying instead of being so defensive.

i know i said it wasn't to not help, but us it hurts me when people tell things to help me maybe its my low self esteem or i feel im not good enough or i feel or superior to me

idk what to say as other questions, did i come off as defensive?

When I get in that mood, I find something else to do to distract myself. Watch something fun or take a walk. Anything that helps keep your mind distracted. It looks like you like sports. Consider shooting some hoops. The exercise will help you feel better too.

I have depression too! It has ruined my life! I was to ashamed to talk about my mental illness so I never sought help until just a month ago. But as a result, I'm now in financial and social ruin with a large chunk of my life gone.
See a doctor (if you haven't already), you may need medication.

When you're depressed you stop moving forward in life.......but life continues. To answer your question, I did nothing, which lead to my social and financial ruin.

Go to a General Doctor. They'll prescribe you medication and you may get a referral to see a Psychiatrist. If you have no insurance and don't qualify to be on your parents, go to the closest hospital and see if they have any low income services. In most cases they will and your medication may even be provided for free. Do it ASAP. Do not postpone it. Unless you feel like wasting several years of your life.

Depression is a serious sickness. Don't let it ruin you.
