Erm.
With the CBT I'm having, she's trying to get me to twist the negative thoughts into possitive ones. At this point I don't have to believe the twisted round thoughts, just need to get used to them being possitve then I can take them in.
Also, repeating something that went good 3 times at the end of the day such as 'I went into the canteen all by myself today'
It sounds naff but it can work...
