i was dead nervous at first, but after just having my second day, i'm getting abit more used to it now.
a few girls and stuff have talked to me, (not many guys cos im doing childcare-only one guy on my course an hes quiet) and like there getting to know each other and stuff, but it's like i'm worried i won't get to know any of them much better after the small talk and that, i want to make a few more good friends, but not really sure how to go about this! :(

nice one, its like i said in the other thread, it's never as bad as it seems and it does get easier. I never went to school and didn't know people other than family until i joined college and i'm now in my 4th year.
