Hi, I'm starting a temporary job in the next few days with a bit more customer service then I'm used to. I wondered if anyone here who has to deal with lot of people has any advice on how to cope. Cheers

Since you have customer service experience, then I think you just do what you normally do, and if there is any problem, the company you work for will teach you right? Like, how to handle customers. I'm sure you dont have to deal with them all at once right? It would be one at a time. I can only think of looking up on interpersonal skills to prepare yourself.
