is this social phobia i get nervous around people i dont know and i cant talk around them either only person i talk to is my brother and my mom when a teacher asks me a question i usually will either shake my head, nod or just shrug my shoulders people at school call me a mime because i never talk.

i use to talk to alot of ppl but i think a few years ago i shut everyone out

Yeah, most people have social phobia develop as they grow up. You do have a major problem. Human beings are meant to be able to communicate with each other. I think you should try to look for help (make your mother or brother talk to the doctors/etc for you), but be warned that it is hard to find good help for this. You might want to start at selectivemutismcenter.org but they tend to deal with people who haven't been able to talk to/around strangers (selective mutism) since early childhood. Still worth a look around the site.
