I'm not in Med. school, but I'm a Registered Nurse. And I worked Med/Psych for 17 years. You'd be surprised. We treated Cardiologists, College Professors, Lawyers, Bankers. They just don't go to the Hospitals in their area. They go a hundred miles away, so of course nobody will find out. I worked in a Teaching Hospital. We had a Med Student with severe Depression. He had shock treatments. We had to sneak him in and out of the Hospital after his shock treatments. His Speciality was Psychiatry of course! I understand he turned out to be a spectacular Psychiatrist. I myself had a severe bout of Depression/ anxiety. Even in Medicine, we take care of our own! I was treated with tremendous kindness and empathy. None of us get out of this life without scars. Hang in there! You'll do just fine. And remember, I would say there is a 100% chance that you aren't the only one dealing with demons.
