intense anxiety today

Man...i wish i could say "whatta day!" and have a reason for saying it but i dont, not today.

I got up on time, made it to work on time, got alot done, in fact im doing pretty good for the start of the week. But today my anxiety is really eating at me, for no reason. I have an unpleasant tingling feeling in my chest, im sweating buckets and my mind is racing. It helps if i focus on work, im so much better with computers than people, but i just cant seem to shake it today. In fact my hands are sjhaking a little as i type this.

Nothing out of the ordinary has happened, im just having an off day.

I hate tuesdays.
 
I usually have great Mondays, but it's the Tuesdays that get me! Sounds like you really are just having an off day. Is there something that you can usually do in order to relax, or shake the anxiety? When it hits me randomly, I usually just have to push through it until I get home. When I'm home I can chill out to some good music and then I calm down. On most days though, It doesn't go away until I sleep it off.
