Looks like you're really progressing, bguimaraes, keep it up.

Yeah, I think at the end of the day, that's really our problem. Our tendency toward safety is the major thing that keeps us in chains. Our comfort zone. Our hiding place. Our prison, really.

I've found it's very hard to enjoy confronting my fears, if near impossible. But I do enjoy the confidence and freedom it brings when I do.

That freedom to explore, dream, discover, etc. to actually live life, I believe is well worth the sacrifice.

Books won't help you unless you help yourself. You need to act with persistence and belief that it'll be easier and easier as it goes. But your thought processes have to change along with it.
