last night I think I heard a voice, that said SHUT THE F*** UP! LOL well not lol.. but that's not what's making me go crazy...I have no thoughts regardless the SA, apsolutley none....I'm with people I know for a long time and I have nothing to say... not afraid of them.. just nothing to say...and...dunno...maybe my meds a re doing this to me..
at times I can say smart stuff and write good essays, but this is very rare.. I feel so lost... I use largactil, fluxetin and valium...
NO OTHER THOUGHTS WHATSOEVER!! i LISTEN TO PEOPLE TALK.. AND I DON'T HAVE TO SAY ANYTHING.. BUT NOTHING COMES TO MIND...((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((

You might want to let your doctor know that you're hearing things. Perhaps the medication might contribute to these auditory hallucinations. Or maybe it's just your imagination but I wouldn't say that you're going crazy. People who are crazy don't question their sanity.

yeah you sound okay, I have days where I don't have anything to say to people I know but if you haven't done much exciting the last couple days or really anything at all I think it leaves you with nothing to talk about

easy solution! what you do is you repeat the last thing the person said, like you're verifying you understood them right. or you can rephrase what they said. works well with people who you cant relate too.
