I'm anxious about making sad faces

I can't help it but I hate how the corners of my mouth turn down, I hate it so bad. I'm worried 24/7 that people are paying attention the the downturned corners of my mouth and imagine that I am sad. Well, I do feel bad and sad and anxious, but that just makes it worse. Does anybody else feel afraid that people will notice a sad face on you?

I had a big downturned corners of my mouth when I went to the hair salon the other day, I noticed some people notice and then start to feel sad and turn away quick after I saw them. Like this lady with her kids, she was looking at me amused, and then when I noticed she was looking, she quickly looked away. I was in the hair stylist chair with a big sad face on me. i can't help it, it's like I"m always anxious about looking sad and anticipating others to make me feel sad.

lol, well, i dont have big sad face on me but i have this frozen, fake (and obviously, very anxious) smile on me all the time, and i seem as if my whole face is made of stone and my expression doesnt change.

i think others find it weird that i always have the same expression of a big, fake smile...

I've had that too, but it's like a painful smile and it is really stiff. I hate it so much and I have made a few people uncomfortable with it
