I really don't like this sentence. And I choose not to label myself with it. I don't feel comfortable with it and I'll tell you why.
It has a very permanent resonance and energy to it. It's like saying, I'm Jessica or I'm 1/4 Japanese and I have brown hair and ten fingers. I AM THIS AND IT'S NOT GOING TO CHANGE. In my opinion, labeling yourself in this manner disempowers you and locks you into a destined path! It takes positive energy from your self-perception and that is counter productive to your recovery.
Be careful with labeling yourself.
