OK, so you're out of you're room and you're dealing with real people and real situations.

And it sucks, usual stuff; blushing when saying stupid things, awkward posture, humiliation, too much pride making it all worse, etc, etc.

And if you find that drugs / alcohol helps this can you please post replies here on how it can (NOT) become a downwards spiral to square one. I mean, if you melt your brain away you won't ever get out of the house again (no second chance, babe).

Im in my room alot, for a while now. I get the same problems everytime I go outside. I dont do drugs or drink though, Ive never been into it anyway but I also worry I can get addicted if I get high and drunk by myself all the time.
