I want to live and love too. It's all i've ever wanted..nothing more. So many things are taken for granted by so many people in this harsh world. Yet..alls I want is to love someone until I die..day in day out. Share my life, heart and soul with her. It's up to us to make it happen now. Such a great opportunity for the lives we have always wanted.

Start small. You can't do it alone. I tried for years. Nothing I ever said to myself was able to psyche myself out of a depression. I'd also be tempted not to agree with the above stated. You can't yell at a depressed person to get undepressed, its a fricking disease. It isn't wrong information it just comes across as such due to its tone. I had to find people who defeated their problems, got into remission, and were able to actually show me how. And yeah I'm on SSRIs, found one that worked, what a miracle
