I think I have SA but I don't know what to do

You can print out a webpage with the description and information about SA and selective mutism and give it to your parents while having a serious conversation with them. If that doesn't work then speak with the guidance counselor at your school to talk to your parents for you. The guidance counselor will probably need to read the print out as well. When I was in high school i didn't know i had SA and assumed i would grow out of my akwardness but it still has not happened.
