I need your help

I have just talked about my obsession for a person in this forum. I can´´t stop sending him messages. I don´´t know what´´s happening to me.
I´´ve got a partner, a real partner.
My phychiatrist and my phychologist have asked me to stop this situation but I can´´t. I´´m really desperated.
My behaviour respect to this person is absolutelly horrible. He doesn´´t want to contact me but I´´m harassing him. I´´ve never felf like this before. In fact, I´´ve never passed so many time behind a computer.
I have other contacts from a page to improve my English, nothing to do with these problems. What can I do?
I really desperated.

This obsession is with only one person, ok. I´m serious. At the beggining I only wanted to help him, and I continue feeling this necessity but he needn´t my help. In fact, he´s helping me.
