Hi

i downloaded longtime ago free social over coming step by step audio series by Dr Richard but now i can not find link.. link says it is deleted. so any body can help give me link free as i can download remaining portions i download at that time only one part.... and any one also give me link for notes ....

yesss i did but only one part i download at that time now i can nt find... and your above link of PDF file is not working its not downloading. plz check it than tell me

I think for both those links, it seems you have to download & install a "downloader" first. Have u managed to do that for either of them?

Maybe the downloader ("Downtango") is only required for audio book. Today i was able to download the PDf fine (but couldn't yesterday)

Here are the steps...
1) Click this link: Dr. Thomas A. Richards - Overcoming Social Anxiety-handouts.pdf download - 2shared

2) Wait for page to open (usu in an new tab) ---> Click the blue "Download" button on that page

If no download dialog has appeared, then your browser will be set to download such things "automatically", so next will be:
3) Locate the downloaded file

If didn't download file, then:
4) Wait for next page to load ---> Click on "click here" link on the line "If your download has not started automatically, please click here" (didn't start downloading auto for me anyway, even though i had allowed all scripts for the page)
5) Locate the downloaded file


How to locate the downloaded file...
On my pc (using Firefox), i use the default Firefox downloader.
PDFs are downloaded to --> C:\Documents and Settings\<login-name>\My Documents\Downloads.
Do you use default browser downloader, or a plugin downloader? If so, then check that plugin for where its download path is.
