(I post on this forum since 2 of these are anxiety disorders)

Just to look at what I could pontially have.

In the list of 20, I've narrowed it down to 4:

One is Biopolar Disorder, Although to me it seems a bit more likely to be cyclothymia.

Another is generalised anxiety Disorder.

Another is PTSD, which seems most likely in one's humble opinion.

Lastly, I could have depression.

Although, it could be all down to puberty.

Teen years are like that. It is very normal to feel angry, misunderstood, different, inferior, alone...etc. Plus you hormones are going crazy. Parents, adults and other teenagers only seem to make it worse. The only thing that I can say is it will get better.

You've been bullied a lot. So, anyone in your shoes would feel depressed and even angry. If you're able to find new friends, that will make you happier. New friends take up a lot of time.

But, as we all stated before, seeing a doctor is a good idea. You might need medication or just some new friends. Unfortunately the doctor can't help you with the latter. :(

My mum is starting to find out what is going on in my head.

I hit my sister and her friend in a fit of rage by accident.

I just broke down into tears.

She said she might get some professenall help.

^I think you should give professional help a try. I also had some rough teen years. I was immature and bottled up a lot of emotions. Outwardly, I may look normal but inside, I was in turmoil.

With Siblings, these kind of thing happens. I'm sure you apologized to your sister and friend. That was way over the line.

I'm glad your mom is getting involved. She cares about you. Stay strong and continue writing about your feelings. Bottling them in is very destructive.
