And I have two events coming up. One on the 21 of the month and one on the 23rd. I need help preparing mentally for these outings. I am trying to break out of my shell and be more social but I am dreading these events. Please help
I just had a recent outing that turned out really badly. The situations that I will be in are a concert where people will be dancing and that always makes me panicky because I don't feel comfortable dancing and so I feel like everyone is watching me. Plus I will be going with a group and one of the guys there always makes me extremely self-critical. The second is an openhouse at my job where lots of people will be coming and I feel just horrible about how I look, and how people perceive me.
