I GOT AN IDEA! SOCIAL ANXIETY EXERCISE

SO I THOUGHT OF THIS EXERCISE THAT CAN HELP PEOPLE WITH THEIR SOCIAL ANXIETY. BAD THING IS THAT IT IS FOR THE SMOKING PEOPLE. SO I USUALLY BOUGHT A PACK OF CIGARETTES. BUT NOW I HAVE STOPPED BUYING, AND I PROMISED MYSELF THAT THE ONLY WAY I CAN SMOKE IS IF I ASKED SOMEONE THAT IS ALREADY SMOKING FOR A CIGARETTE. I USUALLY WOULD NEVER ASK SOMEONE FOR A CIG BECAUSE THEY USUALLY LOOK AT YOU ALL WEIRD BECAUSE YOU'RE TRYING TO FREELOAD, BUT NOW I OFFER TO BUY A SINGLE CIG AND PEOPLE USUALLY ARE COOL ABOUT IT. THIS EXERCISE HAS HELPED ME TO COPE WITH REJECTION TOO, BECAUSE NOT EVERYONE GIVES ME ONE, I GET ALOT OF THE "THIS IS MY LAST ONE" B.S, BUT IM USUALLY REALLY CRAVING THAT CIG SO I JUST DONT CARE, I JUST SAY THANKS AND MOVE ALONG. SO THIS EXERCISE HAS ITS GOOD SIDE AND BAD. IT JUST DEPENDS WHAT IS GREATER. YOUR SOCIAL ANXIETY OR YOU CIGARETTE ADDICTION. IF YOU CAN'T BUILD UP THE COURAGE TO ASK SOMEONE FOR THE CIG, AT LEAST YOU ARE DIMINISHING SMOKING HABITS. ON THE OTHER HAND IF YOU DO ASK AND GET IT, YOUR SOCIAL ANXIETY CAN BE GETTING BETTER, BUT BAD THING IS YOU'LL STILL BE SMOKING LOL. BUT THAT CIG WILL CALM THE ANXIETY YOU GET AFTER ASKING. IT DOES FOR ME LOL
