Against the people I like to call the judgementals. These people are seemingly out solely to assassinate your character and syphon any confidence you have. There are many of them around, but there are a select few that you run into frequently, this is my problem. Someone knows I am really vulnerable around certain people and she (one of them) is using this to boost her own standing, while denouncing my own. I feel so sad at the moment... =(
Anyway, here is my thought of the day.

The Judgementals
Today I felt like a punching bag. I had to take blow by blow, judge by judge, in a relentless raid on my reputation. I felt like I should say something, do anything to stop it, but alas it never came to light. Like so many other bullets of evil in life, I just take them, absorb them into a huge cauldron. Thats the part that eventually gets you, you eventually not show massive anger, but rather a mass flood of tears and emotional brittleness.
I swear I was being harassed by a hired assassin today, a character assassin. When you go home with your reputation in a worse state than the start, it is a bad day, as simple as that. So one of these bitches is no good. I notice that the greater amount of judgemental threats present at work, the worse my performance is. Last Friday, I was a saviour, today I was gimped. Judgementals seem to weave a magic that only effects us. Most of these 'superiors' smell around, looking for some vulnerable prey to suck confidence from. We are that prey and goddamn, it doesn't take long for them to learn that. However, our pool of confidence is about as full as a desert lake. But it's a guarantee, if someone gives you money everytime you meet them, you take it. Same with these bastards.
With the glaring concentration of a judgemental watching your every move, you only worry about one thing. Getting pinged or knocked out, mentally of course. Are they going to notice your shortcut and relay it to the world? These horrible souls also love taking a mile with a metre. If you aren't fast enough, another blow, you were going to do it anyway, but too damn late. Get the picture?
With so many of these around, we simply cannot live. We are all judgementals in a certain way, but its the certain assassins, the ones that pursue mistakes and know their targets. Leaving the rich alone and taking from the poor. The rich are rabid, they won't give up their stash easily. We can do nothing to prevent the pickpocket of a dollar. Taking 500 dollars from the poor is more profitable than taking hours to steal the same amount from a rich man. Thats the way they see it, and they of course, aren't idiots.
I'll head back to work on Wednesday, with some relent from the judgementals. Ill blitz that day, i'll say. Friday, it will be back to the same old shit everyone has been putting up with far too long. It only takes one judgemental to assassinate a character. I learnt that a long time ago, but goddamn, I can't ever seem to put that knowledge to any use...
