I don't know if this has to do with SA, but...

Do you ever start replying to a post or message, but you can't think of a way to phrase your thoughts perfectly, so you end up just saying "forget it" and hitting the back button? I wonder if my online perfectionism is linked to SA.

Anyone else spend a lot of time writing out their thoughts, then just deciding it's not worth the effort?

I feel much the same quite often, and end up saying forget it when trying to reply to a post. I'm also a perfectionist, and I bet this is why this forum is so slow.

However, I've noticed a recent increase in posting so keep up the good work people. Discuss whatever is on your minds!

Yeah, I do that every day. It's so stressful! I try to keep it short and sweet.

Sometimes I quit after the first paragraph. Now, I've started asking myself what harm it could do to just post it. If the answer is no harm, then I post it.
