I cry ALL the time

When I laugh, I always cry. It's really embarrassing, and I end up trying to contain myself when laughing which makes me look weird. Like today, my mom was calling me on my cell phone but I was in the house, and I stood behind her and waited until she finished leaving me a message on my phone. When she turned around I started laughing a little, and I got all teary. My mom thought I was upset and asked why I was crying. Grrr

some people do that , just mixed up emotions , nothing to worry about my gf is the same , its like happy being mixed up with sad , or crying cos the giggles make you cry , so dont grrr lol lots of people it it

Crying is so satisfying. I wish I were more inclined to do it. Part of the problem is that its not really something you're supposed to do, and it makes you seem weak and everything, so I feel bad about doing it. But I feel great after I cry, so relaxed. Find a good corner of the house where you wont be seen or heard and let it all out lol

Haha yeah I know what you mean. I love to have a good cry. But not about anything real. Just, you know, like a sad movie or something. It feels so good to cry about stuff just for the sake of crying. It's just the whole doing it in public thing that makes me crazy....

i lost the ability to cry in my early teens, think your self lucky, ihavny cried in 15-20 years, mind you i lost a lot of emotional responces too..

Yeah, I wish i could just cry whenever i wanted to let emotions out, it doesnt seem to come that easily anymore and i just have to ber the pain of the bad feelings. I can slightley cry after seeing a sad film or film i can connect with, even with music like that, but never really fully crying, i havnt done that for a few years, and sometimes i wish i could

Do you mean the thing, were just tears come out but your not really crieing, like you didnt become sad in the moment that you had to cry?. If thats what you mean it happens to me every time i umm whats the word, when you are sleepy, you do that alot, open your mouth and let air out lol, than tears come down my face always, so uncomfortable, if someone has to see this

Yes! The sleepy teary thing lol. And then people either think that they've offended you or you're laughing hysterically for no reason.

same here. i have been crying alot lately on and off, esp. if something goes wrong or i worry alot
