good morning

I can not go out normally as I am scared stiff that i'll meet some of
my peers or colleagues on the street or out simply.

I know it's silly but exactly theymake me feel the most anxious!

It's so strong that it influences my life and even walk plans - I try to
avoid any meeting, even the short passing on the street - if I am
going
through the street and a (group of) colleague(s) is going towards, it
makes me extremely anxious and the anxiety sympthoms appear: trembling and abnormal walking, often blushing and sometimes eye-watering![b/]
Those sympthoms are so absurd! What my peers will think about me!?

I consider homechooling as I wrote here nearly recently, but maybe it
would make such anxieties as above even worse and stronger, wouldn't it?

I even now have no contact with my colleagues out of school. The contacts limit to the school reality.
I do not invite anyone to me nor visit anyone. So homeschooling
could isolate me completely and fully.

It's horrible. It influences my misere reality so much.

I supposed to meet my friends in the pub last time and i went on a different way so they wont see me.I dont have any problems only that i cant sit down and talk to people without goin red after each question or joke so i basicly avoid life.

Know where your coming from!!! I have spent the past9 years avoiding collegues and friends ! Ranging from avoiding shops, even at a place of work bumping into someone on the stairs id panic. I am going for cbt soon i hope as a last resort. If you want to chat then im here,i have found this site very reassuring and makes me realise we are not alone.

It varies depending upon who they are, and whether I'm having a good day or bad day.

Generally I don't actively avoid them, although more often than not, I find the conversations I have with them uncomfortable.

L-Theanine!!!!!

Hi just wanted to let you know about this natural relaxant i am using currently,2nd day on it and i feel great.Ifeel more happier and upbeat and i've not hada panic yet! This week has been a bad one but i was given the THEANINE by my stepmum and i have to say touch wood so far they have beeen a great help! I suggest you try them as they are not addictive and no nasty chemicals involved either.
If you did want some then do let me know as my s/mum runs a health shop and so i can get them nextday. :D

I don't like to meet them as well. I significantly dislike meeting them randomly. But what to do?...
Cheers

Don't go to home schooling or drop out. You know you need MORE social contact, not less.

He's right. Avoiding won't lead you very far.\

Am I scared to meet my peers/colleagues? Yes, a bit, I have to admit. Used to be really anxious about one or two particular people (not that they were bullies or ever did anything to make me scared of them. I just had these obsessions and always felt watched, especially by particular people) in worse times.
