Hello all,
Wanted to let you know about our website and support forum, we have been going now over 3 years and help people to cope with living with their HH.
I suffer from generalized HH, all over and bad on my face, head, chest, back, armpits and groin areas and hate it. My HH partner Beverly also suffers the same as me. Beverly found me shorty after my first documentary was aired in the UK, Sweaty Betty, Hidden Lives, Channel 4, (2007) Our Webmaster Kris donated the website and we began to help people face this on a emotional base and gave them friendship, support and the tools to live with this.
I then went onto making a second documentary with TLC USA,Truth Be Told, I Have An Embarrassing Medical Condition, The Learning Channel, (2009)
You can view both on our forum also meet others who suffer from this awful affliction. I battle daily with the dreaded sweat. I had Botox this year for my facial, cranial sweating and has helped me lots, now hoping my insurance will cover it for next year!!!???
