Hyperhidrosis and Itchy Skin/Rash

I don't know if this is related to hyperhidrosis of my hands and feet but when I excercise or when I"m out in the sun and i'm anxious or nervous I start to get itchy all over. Then I develop red blotches or spots on my chest. They can go away quickly but it happend lately and I dont' know what it is. Any thoughts?

I get a bad rash too on my chest when I am in the sun or exercising. Never thought it was to do with HH, but maybe it is. I don't sweat excessively on my chest so made me think it wasn't HH. But I do have HH pretty much everywhere so I guess it might be. Who knows. It disappears though so nothing to worry about. Mine isn't itchy, unlike yours.
