Anyone know if they are a Highly Sensitive Person? How do you know if you are one? Like I think I am yet maybe I am not. :?
But I think people who are HSP, some of them sound like they are really at peace with themselves & seems to me they are less likely to be depressed or socially anxious??? :? So I don't know. Just read about this couple days ago. Sounds cool to be one though
