How to find a CBT?

Hi all, I am new here, in a lot of ways, and was wondering how I could find a local CBT here in New Orleans, LA. I managed to find one site with listings, but unfortunately, none in Louisiana.

Try ACT instead of CBT

Some CBT you can do by yourself, such as Dr. Richards tapes. But I tried CBT and it made me worse. Maybe you can try Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). There's a new self-help book out called "Get Out of Your Mind & Into Your Life". It's based on ACT.
