yeh people with social phobia have blood cells that are also social phobic, which means the cells wont co-operate. so social phobics die quite young.

you go docs. say whats wrong. they ask u questions, have a few sessions. screen you. then diagnose you.

I think that they use DSM-IV, which is the diagnostic criteria for different mental disorders.
