If someone asked you to define social anxiety in one paragraph what would you say?

my mom asked me that a thousand times and i couldnt say nothing , i think i define social phobia like a anormal fear of peoples .and point.

like having a person that hates you,your worst enemy on your shoulder whispering things to you 24/7 and u have to struggle to find the power to either ignore him or punch him in the face.And when you run out of mental strentgh and you can't fight back anymore you sit down feeling defeated,depressed and you start your self destroying proccess which contains addictions,self pity parties and lots of suicidal thoughts
