my boyfriend has invited me out with his mates for dinner somewhere, I've met a few people who are going to be there but im rubbish in social settings. I don't really speak much and I go red in the face and mumble and don't give eye contact I just look at the floor and I get so nervous. The people who I have met ive only said a few words to but other than that nothing. I am really nervous I don't know if I should even go, he understands my situation but I just feel like i'll be sitting there not talking and then people take that as me being rude when its not. Id love to get to know his mates and spend time with them but I think im not ready, hes asked me loads of times to go with him and I know he wants me there. I just wanna know if you guys have any advice?
