It seems I have been banned from chat and I don't have the slightest idea why. I've been on chat like once for about 5 mins. How do I get in touch with an Administrator so I can ask why.

The chat admins aren't the forum admins (I don't think the forum even has admins, I tried to email the owner once but he's gone or dead). The chat server admins speak Spanish, so good luck talking to them.
They block just about everybody by default (who knows why) and you have to unblock yourself. If it gives you some spanish message with a URL, click that URL and use google translate to try to follow the instructions.

The chat room situation is obviously bad, but since this site doesn't seem to have an owner there's nobody to fix anything.
