Oh good, a new 'problem'
So I am 20. My parents are in their sixties. My brother and sister are both older than me. We tend to go on holiday every year, but my sister stopped a few years ago now when she started living with her fiance. My brother still usually comes with us.
This year we were going to go somewhere for a week at the start of summer, and somewhere else for another week at the end.
They are booking up the first one now, and my brother isn't coming on this one, so it just leaves me and my mum and dad. The place is the opposite of a party capital - as most would say, boring. Well that's not really the problem. I'm 'boring' and if I went somewhere by myself I wouldn't be doing much different.
Nothing against my parents at all - really! - but it's just that as a 20 year old I'm not sure if it's going to help anything if I do this with them. I might as well be a kid with his mummy and daddy.
It seems very unlikely, but if I don't go, it's still possible that I may go somewhere with someone else.
I mean the later one should be okay because at least my brother should come along so it won't be just me. I'm looking forward to it already and we aren't even thinking about it yet.
The time off work is available and there waiting to be booked.
Do I go? Help!
