How do you do that?
Please explain in detail

Does it involve absolutely nothing apart from smiling? :applause:

Depends on what kind of job your talking about. Manual labor for me even though I know I can do so much better. I put on a fake smile every time someone talks to me or make comments. I usually don't talk back because they usually don't ask serious questions. Just talk when you absolutely have to. During my performance review my boss said I need to come out of my shell more and I'm just thinking it's school all over again. You'll do fine once people know what your like. Just hope you have friendly coworkers or you better find a new one if your like me. People aren't all that really bad.

Very short small talks in the mornings when you feel a bit more powerized after the night. Then smiles yes.. Not always though.. It's good to have a few questions at hand ( recent news, work related questions you have actually answers for or something completely out off their planet so they can ponder). Many phone calls, and emails. EMAILS! I'm lucky to use email as communication tool ( main one actually). In this email way i Built a few years lasting "friendships" in a seance there is always someone opening their hearts for you a bit and you can do same in return. But when it comes to face these people all becoming really clumsy again. Maybe even more cause now they know you can be all right, normal, funny even.. But it's not possible to recreate with all other colleagues around..you are in the spotlight as the rest wants to find this latch key to communicate with you. Bless they have kept on trying for eight years now... I am very grateful I work with (mostly) gentle, mature well developed (lol) people who are compassionate. A few are not though and you hear them saying openly, she s so unhappy here she should change the job.. They just don't understand I will be equally unhappy in another place or probably even more cause I would have to start from scratch. Lets see how life develops. I wouldn't like to leave this place until I retire. I like the area with walks along the Grand Canal, like the country,my son is building a family here. Even if I cry after work on occassions I will still do my best not to lose this job. Everyone got a bit used to the state of things and accepted it I think.

School basics or my pizza delivery was my happiest, during pitch black nights suffering deep cold, when the roads were generally clear, delivering past midnight and enjoying watching people making food

Empowered after good sleep; a surge of positive emotion in the morning

This is what I miss for months between interviews. I put what I can into my mood and get ready days before interview, but it is faked.

Can't manufacture goodness outta nothing

Shoulda given up after the first day getting fired and being alone. Roof over my head but feeling a hobo

Acting is possible, but needs a heavy source of emotional stamina
sitting gazing into their eyes
