orite guys i've stumbled on this forum and thought hang a dang i'll get amongst this...
i'm mike i'm 24 and i'm from south wales...
been suffering with anxiety/social anxiety and the whole avoidance thing for about 5 years i had it under control for around 2 years but recently it's come back with a vengeance...
looking forward to meeting new people on here and getting over it again...
