I have known for years that I had ocd but I was recently diagnosed with add as well. I am 31 so this is a fairly late diagnosis since it is usually diagnosed in childhood. according to my psychiatrist there is a high instance of people with both disorders. I have found that these two conditions really aggrevate each other. Just wondering if any of you have ADD. If you are distractable, spacy (zone out), slow processing, and have a hard time concentrating I recommend getting tested because add meds have helped my ocd quite a bit. I also struggled academically in school.
