English is not my first language either, and I too suck at oral communication. This does not mix well with SA! the more I think I'm bad at english, the less willing I am to take risks by speaking up for fear that I'd make a fool of myself, which means I never get to practice and improve my communication skills, and it just became a vicious cycle. I'm slowly breaking this pattern though.

Also posting on this forum used to be really scary for me too so youre not alone.
