Hi-Just joined today and this is my first post. I suffer from Social Phobia and I'm getting married next fall. Needless to say I am already starting to worry about the church service. It's a big Italian wedding with 200 people and I have to stand up there with my bride with all eyes on me. I'm terrified to say the least. I also suffer from excessive sweaty hands and if I survive the actual ceremony I have to do the reciveing line and shake 200 hands. it's six months away and I am really starting to panic. This is supposed to be the happiest day of my life. I do not want to feel like this!! Just wondering if anyone else has survived a wedding ceremony and give me some tips. Thanks
