Hi all!! I'm a guest from the italian forum of social phobia ....so, sorry for my bad english.... :roll: I'm looking aroud this forum and I've noticed that some topics and discussions here are the copies of ours in our forum....

What is the situation here? Has someboby managed to defeat the phobia?

So you haven't beaten the phobia, you can't whitout a therapist I know and why don't you see a therapist?
