hi, im new to this site, im a sufferer of AP and SP, have been for 3 yrs , and havent got any help, i dont know what to do, also does anyone know if dentists do home visits, since i cant go out to see them,

I seriously doubt it. They have lots of tools and stuff that they need, though this might be different depending on the country. If it helps any, you might be able to get an appointment time very early or very late, when there won't be anyone else around. You'd still have to get there, though.
