Hi all! My name is Agnus, Aggy for short I'm so releived I found this forum. I really feel the need to discuss things here with people who actually understand as opposed to people who say "oh you're making a big deal out of nothing". Anyway enough about that, I'll post a topic later. I am 18 and I am from the United Kingdom, Newcastle to be specific. I hope to have many discussions with you all.

It can be so hard to get other people to understand social phobia. It isn't helped when a fair amount of the time, we can come across as being completely normal. For example, the amount of times I've been told that I have a good telephone manner. I just wish that I could feel good before, during and after that call!
