Hello everyone!
I'm 17 years old (I find it really weird to think that I'm going to be 18 this year...) 've always been a shy, quiet, often "invisible" girl...
I'm glad that I've registered and am actually posting something ^^

Hello and welcome.

If it's any help, do a search for something called Transactional Analysis. It's an approach to counselling that's full of information and ways of understanding the world. Might be useful to you. If you're getting search results about money then try searching under Eric Berne and the PAC model to get you started!

Hi and welcome to the forum! Your thread illustrates a great point that. While Social Anxiety can and does get out of hand, there is nothing wrong with being introverted. A lot of people are shy and that adds a nice balance to the loud extroverts. Building confidence is key as well as accepting our need for alone time to recharge.
Great thread!!
