hi every one i have had this phobia for 4 years now and its ruined my life 
just wondering how it effects your day to day activities.im 22 now and i feel its getting much worse i cant go out much it basicly leaves me house bound in way's you couldant imagan incase of catching a sick bug'been sick out doors in front of ppl the fear of chocking im saverly under weight becouse of the phobia its limited alot of things i use to be able to do like going shopping ect. can some one please give me some advise thanks .
