so i went to group therapy and it sucked. i imagine that everyone may get something different out of it, but man, i am not going back. everyone just complained and tried to be the "i have more problems than you!" winner. i wanted to talk about solutions and experiences and coping strategies, thoughts on meds and therapy, etc. but people just wanted to complain.

Yeah thats usualy the way those type of deals go.

I suppose its therapeutical for them to get it off there chest and realize that there not alone.

But if your already here that practice seems a tad bit pointless :lol:
