I am going to Rammstein heavy industrial rock concert on Thursday. Its my first rock concert in live, and its promised to be biggest in history. I only was in more peaceful jazz concerts, but this will be something loud with fire effects. Luckily I am will be seat zone but I still don't know if its gonna cause be anxiety but I am going anyway.

Do you go or have been going to rock concerts and how its like. Share your thoughts!

I went to the concert and it was fantastic, I got a seat with the most greatest view better than those who were in fan zone. I really felt no stress and no anxiety and I will go to more such concerts in future. Its brings me more stress when I encounter one girl that I like rather than being in a big room with eleven thousand people. It was great!

Yeah I know what you mean - you almost become anonymous in such a large crowd, where everyone is there purely to watch the event.

Exactly! In such events where big masses are you become one with others and loose all fears and distractions. Its a good way to beat social phobia at least at large gatherings. Last year I was at big student protest and despite riot possibility felt no fear. In large crowd you become one with others. Freud was right- crowd psychology is important.

Here is some fragments from concert-
