-It would take me forever to write down the whole article. But, if your wondering what they mean by all these tricks, msg me & i'll give the examples that they list in the magazine!!!

-I actually went out with my friends about a week ago. I was wearing a green shirt & green shoes. I had NO anxiety what so ever! REALLY!!! We all went to a party & i felt so good. I came home the next day & my mom showed me this article & was like "I guess buying them green shoes for you was a good thing after all". =]
 
The book I'm currently reading, "The Worry Trap", also recommends belly breathing. Breaking a sweat is good too, exercise can burn off adrenaline and cortisol (the fear and anxiety hormones).

There is a whole psychology behind colors and their affects on moods. Green just happens to be a "calming" color. :p

Off the top of my head here are some of the colors I remember.....

blue = calming affect, somewhat of a depressant but can make you feel stronger
green = calming
yellow = speeds metabolism
red = makes you hungry
pink = can make your feel weak
