Her mind is telling her she's in danger, logically she knows she's not, but that doesn't stop her mind and body from trying to protect her. She should accept these warnings and thank her mind for them. But she should follow her values and focus on moving her hands, arms and legs out the door to wherever she wants / needs to go. Eventually she'll come to realize her mind is playing tricks on her and the anticipatory anxiety will diminish.
